Founder and Managing Director Jacqueline Kassteen has been honing her presentation skills for years – from theatre performances as a teenager in the US to teaching English classes in Prague as a young adult to today's conference keynotes around the world.
In 2014, under her role as Director of ICEF Monitor, Jackie began presenting at education events such as English USA’s Stakeholders Conference on topics such as "Top 10 Recruitment Markets & Student Mobility Trends".
Jackie was delighted to share her knowledge and insights on the state of the international education industry, threats and opportunities for institutions to overcome challenges. In 2015, she served on various panels for associations such as ALTO and IALC, and captivated audiences in the USA and UK with her thought provoking plenary "Does Disruption Mean Extinction? Looking Beyond our Industry for Inspiration, Trends and Forecasts".
In early 2016, Jackfruit Marketing was born and Jackie continued to be in high demand as a conference speaker, webinar presenter, and trainer. She appeared on stages across the globe covering industry topics such as emerging markets, the expansion of transnational education activities, working with student recruitment agencies, and best practices in international student recruitment.
The highlight of 2016 was serving as the Opening Plenary speaker for the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) in Melbourne. Below is a short video from her talk "Creating Opportunities within Disruption: The Power of Connectivity in a Brave New World".
